As a career air traffic controller, I relocated frequently, purchasing and selling primary residences in markets across the United States. This experience gave me a first-hand appreciation for the challenges and opportunities buyers and sellers face during major life transitions—and sharpened my ability to navigate complex transactions with precision and confidence.
