During quarantine we quickly realized our starter home was much to small and we needed an office space. We reached out to Cristina who treated us like family from the beginning to the end of the process. We never imagined our house selling for the price we sold for in our old neighborhood. (Its still the highest sold home per sq foot months later!). Cristina went above and beyond, taking care of our pups when we could not be there for showings and hosted a beautiful open house when it first went on the market; We received multiple offers right out of the gate. While buying another home was more challenging she stuck with us and kept us moving forward even after making multiple offers on the same house. We met Desiree by Contacting the Real Estate Board for the Sarasota Florida area. She was the first person to respond so she got our business and it worked out well for both of us. We had been looking at Florida properties from Missouri for several years, but most seriously since October of 2022.
